Andy serves as our Head of Project Development & Commercial Operations. Prior to joining Next Energy 360, Andy spent over 35 years in renewable energy business development, marketing and project development with the General Electric Company, BP, and Safari Energy in different renewable and traditional energy program management and energy project financing leadership roles. He is responsible for the management and direction of Next Energy’s project development and operations role. Andy is also responsible for project management, commercial business operations and interfacing with Next Energy’s various EPC and finance partners. Andy has over 35 years of progressive business leadership and management experience in the energy and energy financing markets. Mr. Rubin earned a B.A. in Politcal Science from the University of Massachusetts.
