Jerry Kowalski serves as General Counsel, bringing more than fifty years of experience as a lawyer, advisor, and regulatory strategist. He has been a partner at two of the largest international law firms and has represented Fortune 100 companies in complex, high-stakes matters across multiple jurisdictions. Jerry has deep expertise navigating local, state, national, and international regulatory frameworks, with a particular strength in compliance, risk management, and government oversight. Throughout his career, he has advised organizations on regulatory strategy, cross-border transactions, and large-scale commercial matters, including work with foreign governments on trade, commerce, and procurement. In addition to his legal practice, Jerry founded and led a consulting firm advising major law firms on management, mergers and acquisitions, and financial strategy. He is also a published author and writes a weekly private newsletter with a readership of over 2,000 subscribers.
